Board of Directors

Serguei Beloussov Serguei Beloussov is one of our founders and has served as our Director since our inception. Mr. Beloussov is an entrepreneur who has founded and managed a number of technology companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Beloussov currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SWsoft, a virtualization and server automation software company. In addition, Mr. Beloussov founded Sunrise Electronics, one of the first computer manufacturing businesses in Russia, Rolsen Electronics, a consumer electronics and computer parts distribution business, and Solomon Software SEA, an exclusive franchising distributor of Solomon Software in Southeast Asia. Mr. Beloussov holds a B.S. in Physics and a M.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).		Jack Zubarev Mr. Zubarev has served as our Director since April of 2008. Mr. Zubarev is a founder and the president of Parallels' Service Provider division worldwide including sales and operations for hosting and software-as-a-service (SaaS). Since the company's founding in 1999, he has held multiple leadership roles within the company including chief operating officer, sales engineering, product marketing and business development. Zubarev has been instrumental in building the company from its start to today with more than 900 employees. Zubarev was also a founder of Acronis and helped establish the storage management company's sales and marketing organizations in the United States. Previously, he handled product marketing for Pervasive Software and brought its first Linux product to market. Zubarev holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Michael Triplett Michael Triplett has served as our Director since 2004. Mr. Triplett serves as a Managing Director of Insight Venture Partners. Prior to joining Insight Venture Partners in 1998, Mr. Triplett was an investment professional at Summit Partners, where he focused on investments in infrastructure and enterprise application software companies. Mr. Triplett received his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College in 1996.		Ravi Jacob Ravi Jacob has served as our Director since September 2007. Ravi Jacob is a Vice President of the Finance and Enterprise Services Group and Treasurer of Acquisitions and Strategic Investments at Intel Corporation. From 1994 to 1998, he was based in Paris and was responsible for Intel Europe's credit, foreign exchange, investments and financing activities. Previously, Jacob executed tax advantaged investment and debt transactions and managed Intel's offshore investment portfolios and profit sharing plan assets. Mr. Jacob joined Intel in 1984. Mr. Jacob received a M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1984. He received a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Bombay in India in 1972.
Scott Maxwell Scott Maxwell has served as our Director since 2004. Mr. Maxwell is a Managing Partner and Director of OpenView Venture Partners. Prior to joining OpenView Venture Partners, Mr. Maxwell was a Managing Partner at Insight Venture Partners. Mr. Maxwell received a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, a Ph.D. from M.I.T. in Mechanical Engineering (Sigma Xi) and a M.B.A. from M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.		Ilya Zubarev Ilya Zubarev has served as our Director since June 2007. Mr. Zubarev is a founder of SWsoft, Rolsen and Infra Telesystems. Mr. Zubarev received his B.S. in Physics in 1993 and his M.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1995.

Executive Officers

Jason Donahue Jason Donahue has served as chief executive officer of Acronis since September 2008. Donahue joined Acronis from ClearApp, where he served as president and CEO until its acquisition by Oracle in September 2008. Prior to serving at ClearApp, Donahue served as a Vice President at IBM; CEO at Meiosys, Inc., a virtualization software company; CEO of Ejasent, also a virtualization software company; CEO of Apptix, a publicly-traded managed services automation company; and TeleComputing, a publicly-traded managed hosting company. Jason has also served in executive roles at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Beechwood (now part of Cap Gemini), and Telesphere Solutions (a subsidiary of ADC Telecommunications).
