To breeze through deployment, follow the tips listed below:
- Make a standard workstation image of either particular partitions of the whole hard disk drive;
- Save your image to a hard disk drive, a network drive or a removable storage device;
- Compress the image using one of four compression levels;
- Assign a username and password for target systems;
- Give workstation names (use wild cards to generate unique names);
- Assign domain or workgroup membership of workstations;
- Set Internet protocol (IP) settings automatically or manually;
- Select DNS server properties automatically or manually;
- Change the Security identifier (SID);
